Great for a quick bite and the slushies are everything

Great bar with some pretty decent food. Burger's are pretty big so be prepared. I had some bacon wrapped shrimp that was surprisingly good as well. In addition to the nice bar and good food, this place has the added bonus of having some great bartenders. Amy in particular is fantastic and a real pro behind the bar. Tip her well.

We went for AUCE crabs, and yes they are bomb... the waitress we had, a brunette with long straight hair, I don't ever remember her name, but she was bomb. I caught her a few times just checking us out to see if we needed refills without even asking us. I guess when she seen we where pretty much full that's when she finally asked if we wanted more, she was good. Sometimes waitress come to much and some never come back lol. But she was on it ! I hope we left a good enough tip. Their was live music some chick Ashley, and she was nice up their with her guitar getting down. She sang upbeat good tunes everyone knows, even newer stuff with acoustic defiantly would go again. Well worth the 29.99 nice Caesar salad, seasoned fries.... and crab crab crab

Relaxed crowd. They have a lot of decent underground bands in and out. Horseshoes outside during summer. Pretty good appetizer bar food.

Went and got slushies for my wife and she said the orange creamsickle was really good. They have a nice selection.

The wings on the plant ever! Always fresh and always flavorful, no matter what time of day. Serves food all day and night! I love that! And Amy is the best bartender hands down. Makes a banging green tea💖

Philly steak eggrolls are the best. Their wings are great too, half price on thursdays. They do have snow crab unlimited from 5 to 9 wednesdays. Their beer draft are fresh and the staff are nice and friendly. A great irish pub in essington area, near the river where you can check out to breath and to feel the breeze air.

I am editing my first review to reflect my last visit. I love local places and prefer to support local. Tonight the place was not busy so I think the bartender was bored. She spent more time on her phone then attending to the customers (my opinion). Their credit card processing didnt work today (June 13, 2018) and told me I had to use their atm and pay a surcharge just to pay my bill with little consideration to the extra added cost to just pay the tab due to their issues and not ours. I would of thought some consideration to that inconvenience (I only use credit card) if only a "sorry" would of been the polite. I was not looking for anything free. Poor experience and dont see coming back.

Good food, good beer. This bar would get 4 stars if not for two things, the place was full of flies and the bartender, Nicole was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It took me twenty minutes to get a beer. She was more interested in hanging with her friends at the end of the bar and ignored me completely. When she finally asked for my order she made me feel like I was really bothering her and she never smiled once. I will not go back.

Great crowd, fun atmosphere. Come see thunder and lightning at the bar. Eat in or take out. Horseshoe pit and jukebox keep you happy.

Too many other places to get a beer. I have been twice (i'm a local) and got the same "couldn't give a F that you are here" kind of service from the blonde bartender. sat down, ignored. raised my hand, ignored. she shared cell phone pictures with other customers around the bar, but sat there surfing on her phone while I sat not being served. After 15 minutes with no drink, sat there arms crossed watching the TV behind the bar. then, two neighbors who knew the bartender came in and sat down besides me. So, NOW, she looks up, and hurries over to serve them. Finally, I am asked, what can I get you? poured the draft, sat it in front of me, and then hurried off to the other side of the bar to converse with her friends. like I said, I can get a beer anywhere. no need to waste your time or money in here.

Great food and service. Food was well proportioned for the price. Restaurant was very clean and was following Covid regulations.

If you go in knowing that it's a neighborhood restaurant and not some fancy steakhouse you won't be disappointed. Good comfort food, cold beverages and if you happen on in on a Friday Happy Hour, really good live music. Server was fun and friendly, enjoyed our visit!

Wasn't my cup of tea my son asked me to take him there for dinner so I did the fries were loaded with very visible salt and pepper ( I would think you should ask if someone would want that ) we ordered chicken cutlet parmigiana & the sauce was to spicy for me but the kicker was I had a gift card for JD McGillicuddy's & after we received our bill I went to use it and was informed it's apparently not for that location maybe one of the other ones!!! So needles to say pretty much everything was a flop for me...

Nice place for pub food and basic drinks.

I stopped in while staying at the Renaissance hotel on an extended buisness trip. The food exceeded my expectations and I ended up having a couple different items off the happy hour menu followed by a generously portioned Ceasar salad. The beer prices on happy hour are pretty good. Off happy hour prices I would pass. Bathrooms are clean and there's good parking. I will be back on my next trip.

Noce neighborhood pub,excellent wings, they are definitely trying to keep up with the Chinese flu restrictions. Very reasonably priced.
